Dr. Guohe Zhang is now an associate professor in the school of Microelectronics at Xi’an Jiaotong University, Shaanxi, China. He received his B.S. degree in 2003 and Ph.D degree in 2008 in Electronics Science and Technology from Xi’an Jiaotong University, Shaanxi, China, respectively. In 2009, he joined the school of Electronic and Information Engineering as a lecturer. He was promoted to associated professor in 2013. From 2009 to 2011, he had a three year’s post-doctoral research in School of Nuclear Science and Technology from Xi’an Jiaotong University. From Feb to May of 2013, he had a short term visiting to the University of Liverpool, UK. His research interests fall in the area of Semiconductor Device Physics and Modeling, VLSI Design and Testing. Dr. Zhang co-authored more than thirty papers and applied more than twenty Chinese patents.
